<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Der gemahlene Quarzsand wird mit Kalk, Zement und zerkleinertem Porenbeton-Recyclingmaterial, unter Zugabe von Wasser und Aluminiumpulver oder -paste, in einem Mischer zu einer wässrigen Suspension gemischt und in Gießformen gegossen. Das Wasser löscht unter Wärmeentwicklung den Kalk. Das Aluminium reagiert im alkalischen Milieu. Dabei bildet sich gasförmiger Wasserstoff, der die Poren in der Masse erzeugt und ohne Rückstände entweicht. Die Poren besitzen meist einen Durchmesser von 0,5 – 1,5 mm und sind ausschließlich mit Luft gefüllt. Nach dem ersten Abbinden entstehen halbfeste Rohblöcke, aus denen maschinell und mit hoher Genauigkeit die Porenbetonbauteile geschnitten werden. Die Ausbildung der endgültigen Porenbetoneigenschaften erfolgt während der anschließenden Dampfhärtung über 5 – 12 Stunden bei etwa 190 °C und einem Druck von ca. 12 bar in Dampfdruckkesseln, den sog. Autoklaven. Hier bilden sich aus den eingesetzten Stoffen Calcium-Silikathydrate, die dem in der Natur vorkommenden Mineral Tobermorit entsprechen. Die Reaktion des Materials ist mit der Entnahme aus dem Autoklav abgeschlossen. Der Dampf wird nach Abschluss des Härtungsprozesses für weitere Autoklavzyklen verwandt. Das anfallende Kondensat wird als Prozesswasser genutzt. Auf diese Weise wird Energie eingespart und eine Belastung der Umwelt mit heißem Abdampf und Abwasser vermieden. Porenbeton-Bausteine werden anschließend auf Holzpaletten gestapelt und in recycelbare Schrumpffolie aus Polyethylen (PE) eingeschweißt.

Deklarierte Einheit: 
Die deklarierte Einheit ist 1 m bewehrter Porenbeton mit einer Rohdichte von 577 kg/m sowie 4,2 kg Bewehrung. Die durchschnittliche Rohdichte wurde durch Mittelwertbildung aus den Daten der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle (WPK) ermittelt, die Bewehrungsmenge aus dem Materialeinsatz im Bezugsjahr.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">The ground quartz sand is mixed with quicklime, cement, small quantities of a sulphate carrier in the form of gypsum or anhydrite and autoclaved aerated concrete powder (crushed or ground AAC) as production residue, with the addition of water and aluminium powder or paste, in a mixer to form an aqueous suspension and poured into casting moulds. The water slakes the lime under heat generation. The steel reinforcement is manufactured in the aerated concrete factory. The reinforcement elements are treated against corrosion by immersion bathing before they are installed in the casting moulds. The aluminium reacts in an alkaline environment. In the process, gaseous hydrogen is formed, which creates the pores in the mass and escapes without leaving any residue. The pores usually have a diameter of 0.5-1.5 mm and are filled exclusively with air. After the initial setting, semi-solid raw blocks are produced from which the aerated concrete components are cut by machine and with high precision. The formation of the final AAC properties takes place during the subsequent steam curing over 6-12 hours at about 190 °C and a pressure of about 12 bar in steam pressure vessels, the so-called autoclaves. Here, calcium silicate hydrates are formed from the materials used, which correspond to the naturally occurring mineral tobermorite. The reaction of the material is completed when it is removed from the autoclave. The steam is used for further autoclave cycles after the hardening process has been completed. The condensate produced is used as process water. In this way, energy is saved and pollution of the environment with hot exhaust steam and waste water is avoided.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
