Die deklarierte Einheit bezieht sich auf 1 kg Reaktionsharzprodukt in dem zur Verarbeitung ntigen Mischungsverhltnis der beiden Komponenten. Das Masse Mischungsverhltnis von Harz- und Hrterkomponente betrgt 4:1 (Volumenverhltnis 3:1). Die Verpackung, bezogen auf 1 kg Reaktionsharzprodukt, ist zustzlich in der Berechnung mit 0,1435 kg enthalten. The mass mixing ratio between the resin component and the curing agent component is 4:1 (volume ratio 3:1). The packaging is also included in the calculation at 0.1435 kg per 1 kg of reaction resin product. Um die Indikatoren und Umweltwirkungen der deklarierten
Einheit genau zu erfassen, werden insgesamt 8 Informationsmodule betrachtet.
Die Informationsmodule A1 bis A3 beschreiben die Materialbereitstellung, den
Transport zur Produktionssttte, sowie die Produktionsprozesse des Produkts
selbst.
Die Vorprodukte werden aus Deutschland bezogen. Der Transport erfolgt ausschlielich
mittels LKW.. Die folgenden Ablaufdiagramme veranschaulichen den hier zu Grunde
liegenden Produktionsprozess.

This document covers the two-component reaction resin mortar "WIT-PE 1000". To prepare the life cycle assessment [LCA], specific data were collected from the manufacturing facility in Willich, Germany. The assessment is based on data from 2020 which correspond to the yearly average.

The precursor products are sourced from Germany. Transport is exclusively done by truck. The following process diagrams illustrate the underlying production process.
