A non-woven base is a substrate composed of a blend of cellulose and polyester fibres. Non-woven wallcovering is dimensionally stable to aqueous paste and does not require a soak time. When the wallcovering is to be changed it can be stripped in its entirety by peeling the wallcovering lengths from the wall. This property as defined in EN 235 is strippable.
