ist ein tragendes Wärmedämmelement zur thermischen Trennung gestützter Stahlbetonbauteile von der Deckenkonstruktion. Er besteht aus einer

Der Schöck Isokorb® (X)T Typ Q
ist in unterschiedlichen Dämmdicken und Tragstufen erhältlich. Dabei hat der
Schöck Isokorb® XT Typ Q eine Dämmdicke von 120 mm und der Schöck Isokorb® T
Typ Q eine Dämmdicke von 80 mm. Die Tragstufen richten sich nach der erforderlichen
Beanspruchung. Je nach Tragstufe variiert die Anzahl der Querkraftstäbe und
Stahl- bzw. HTE Compact-Drucklager. Zusätzlich ist der Schöck Isokorb® als
linienförmiges Auflager (Typ Q) und als punktförmiges Auflager (Typ Q-P)

Das deklarierte Produkt wird in
einer Brandschutzausführung mit werkseitig an der Ober- und Unterseite
angebrachten Brandschutzplatten ausgeliefert und weist eine
Feuerwiderstandsdauer von 120 Minuten (REI120) auf.

<common:generalComment xml:lang="en">The Schöck Isokorb® (X)T Type Q is a load-bearing thermal insulation element for thermally separating supported reinforced concrete components from the floor construction. It consists of a thermal insulation layer made of polystyrene foam (Neopor®) as well as a statically effective truss system made of welded steel bars (shear bars) and a system of compression bearings made of ultrahigh-strength concrete (HTE Compact-Drucklager) or steel. The forces are transmitted to the respective adjacent components through composite stresses and bearing pressure on the contact surfaces.

The Schöck Isokorb® (X)T Type Q is available in different insulation thicknesses and load ratings. The XT Type Q has an insulation thickness of 120 mm and the T Type Q an insulation thickness of 80 mm. The load ratings depend on the required loading. Depending on the load rating, the number of shear bars and steel or HTE Compact-Drucklager varies. In addition, the Schöck Isokorb® is available as a linear bearing (Type Q) and as a point bearing (Type Q-P). <technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Verarbeitung Vormaterial Das Ausgangsmaterial für die geschweißten Betonstahl-Edelstahlverbindungen im Schöck Isokorb® wird als „Metalldraht“ auf Spulen (Coils) aufgewickelt, angeliefert und in speziellen Anlagen abgehaspelt, gerichtet und auf die benötigte Länge geschnitten oder direkt vom Coil mittels anerkannten und zertifizierten Schweißverfahren auf speziellen Schweißautomaten in der eigenen Produktion in Baden-Baden hergestellt. Die Querkraftstäbe werden auf eigenen Biegemaschinen gebogen und mit einem Halteclip versehen. Das HTE-Compact Drucklager aus Hochleistungsfeinbeton wird im Werk in Landsberg entsprechend den beim Deutschen Institut für Bautechnik hinterlegten Rezepturen in vorgefertigten Schalen aus Kunststoff gegossen, die als verlorene Schalung dienen. Endmontage Die für die Endmontage der Schöck Isokorb® Typen benötigten Materialien werden sowohl eigengefertigt als auch von ausgewählten Lieferanten bezogen. Die Montage der Schöck Isokorb® Typen erfolgt auf speziellen, typenbezogenen Fertigungslinien, die durch konkrete Kundenbestellungen ausgelöst werden. Bei der Endmontage im Werk Baden-Baden, Essen, Pucking oder Tychy werden die benötigten Komponenten (Querkraftstab, Drucklager, Schaumteile und Brandschutzplatten) nach der gültigen Fertigungszeichnung und den entsprechenden Qualitätsvorschriften mittels mechanischer Verbindungstechnik sowie eines speziellen Schmelzklebers miteinander verbunden.

<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">Processing primary materials The primary material for the reinforcing steel-stainless steel connections in Schöck Isokorb® is wound as “metal wire” onto coils, delivered, uncoiled in special facilities, and straightened and cut to the required length or produced directly from the coil using recognised and certified welding processes on special automatic welding machines in the company’s own production facility in Baden-Baden. The shear force rods are bent on the company’s own bending machines and fitted with a retaining clip. The HTE Compact pressure bearing pad, made of high-density micro-fibre reinforced concrete, is cast in pre-cast forms, made of plastic, that serve as permanent formwork, at the factory in Landsberg in accordance with the formulas deposited with the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt – the German institute for construction technology). Final assembly The materials required for the final assembly of Schöck Isokorb® types are both manufactured in-house and purchased from selected suppliers. findet, abhängig vom Absatzland, im Schöck-Werk in Baden-Baden (DE), Essen
(DE), Pucking (AT) oder Tychy (PL) statt.
