<common:generalComment xml:lang="de">Der Schck Isokorb® (X)T K + D ist ein tragendes Wrmedmmelement zur thermischen Trennung auskragender Stahlbetonbauteile von der Deckenkonstruktion. 
Er besteht aus einer 80 oder 120 mm dicken Wrmedmmschicht aus Polystyrol-Hartschaum (Neopor®) sowie aus einem statisch wirksamen Fachwerksystem ausgeschweiten Stahlstben (Zug- und Querkraftstbe) und einem System von Drucklagern aus ultrahochfestem Beton (HTE Compact Drucklager oder Stahl). Die Krfte werden durch Verbundspannungen und Flchenpressung an die jeweiligen angrenzenden Bauteile bertragen. 
Der Schck Isokorb® XT Typ K + D ist in unterschiedlichen Tragstufen erhltlich. Die Tragstufen richten sich nach der erforderlichen Beanspruchung. Je nach Tragstufe variiert die Anzahl der Zugstbe, Querkraftstbe und der Drucklager. 
Die genaue Bestckung des Schck Isokorb® (X)T Typ K + D ist in der Tabelle unter Abschnitt 2.3 aufgefhrt. 
Das deklarierte Produkt wird in einer Brandschutzausfhrung mit werkseitig an der Ober- und Unterseite angebrachten Brandschutzplatten ausgeliefert und weist eine Feuerwiderstandsdauer von 120 Minuten (REI120) auf.</common:generalComment>
<common:generalComment xml:lang="en">The Schck Isokorb® (X)T K + D is a load-bearing thermal insulation element which is used to thermally insulate cantilevered reinforced concrete components from the floor construction. 
It consists of an 80 or 120 mm thick thermal insulation layer made of rigid polystyrene foam (Neopor®) and a structurally-active framework system made of welded steel bars (tension bars and shear force bars) and a system of pressure bearings made of ultra-high strength concrete (HTE Compact pressure bearings or steel). The forces are transmitted to the adjacent structural components in each case by bond stresses and surface pressure. 
The Schck Isokorb® XT Type K + D is available with different load-bearing levels. The load-bearing levels depend on the necessary load. The number of tension bars, shear force bars and pressure bearings varies, depending on the load-bearing level. 
The exact configuration of the Schck Isokorb® (X)T Type K + D is listed in the table in section 2.3.

<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Verarbeitung Vormaterial Das Ausgangsmaterial für die geschweißten Betonstahl-Edelstahlverbindungen im Schöck Isokorb® wird als &apos;Metalldraht&apos; auf Spulen (Coils) aufgewickelt, angeliefert und in speziellen Anlagen abgehaspelt, gerichtet und auf die benötigte Länge geschnitten oder direkt vom Coil mittels anerkannten und zertifizierten Schweißverfahren auf speziellen Schweißautomaten in der eigenen Produktion in Baden-Baden hergestellt. Die Querkraftstäbe werden auf eigenen Biegemaschinen gebogen und mit einem Halteclip versehen. Das HTE-Compact Drucklager aus Hochleistungsfeinbeton wird im Werk in Landsberg entsprechend den beim Deutschen Institut für Bautechnik hinterlegten Rezepturen in vorgefertigten Schalen aus Kunststoff gegossen, die als verlorene Schalung dienen. Endmontage Die für die Endmontage der Schöck Isokorb® Typen benötigten Materialien werden sowohl eigengefertigt als auch von ausgewählten Lieferanten bezogen. Die Montage der Schöck Isokorb® Typen erfolgt auf speziellen, typenbezogenen Fertigungslinien, die durch konkrete Kundenbestellungen ausgelöst werden. Bei der Endmontage im Werk Baden-Baden, Essen, Pucking oder Tychy werden die benötigten Komponenten (Querkraftstab, Drucklager, Schaumteile und Brandschutzplatten) nach der gültigen Fertigungszeichnung und den entsprechenden Qualitätsvorschriften mittels mechanischer Verbindungstechnik sowie eines speziellen Schmelzklebers miteinander verbunden.

<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">Processing of primary material The starting material for the welded connections between the reinforcing steel and stainless steel in the Schöck Isokorb® is wound as &apos;metal wire&apos; on coils, delivered and then unwound, aligned and cut to the necessary length in special systems or manufactured straight from the coil at the in-house production facility in Baden-Baden using recognised, certified welding methods on special automatic welding machines. The shear force bars are bent on in-house bending machines and equipped with a retaining clip. The HTE-Compact pressure bearing made of high-strength fine concrete is cast at the Landsberg plant according to the mix designs filed at the German Institute for Building Technology in prefabricated plastic shells which serve as permanent formwork. Final assembly The materials required for final assembly of the Schöck Isokorb® types are produced in-house and also sourced from selected suppliers. Die Zusammenstellung der fr den Schck Isokorb® (X)T Typ K erforderlichen Drucklager erfolgt im Schck Werk in Landsberg (in der Nhe von Halle), whrend die Zusammenstellung der fr den Schck Isokorb® (X)T Typ K + D erforderlichen Stahlteilen im Schck Werk in Baden-Baden erfolgt. Die Endmontage aller bentigen Komponenten findet, abhngig vom Absatzland, im Schck-Werk in Baden-Baden (DE), Essen (DE), Pucking (AT) oder Tychy (PL) statt. 

Die Ergebnisse der Durchschnitts-EPD fr den gewichteten durchschnittlichen Schck Isokorb® (X)T Typ K + D sind auf alle Varianten dieses Isokorb® fr ausgewhlte Lndersortimente anwendbar. 
Systemgrenze: 
Typ der EPD: Wiege bis Werkstor – mit Optionen. Die Umweltproduktdeklaration bezieht sich auf das Produktionsstadium (A1-A3) und das Entsorgungsstadium (C1-C4). Die Entsorgung der Verpackung wurde in A5 berücksichtigt. The average EPD 
refers to the average load-bearing thermal insulation element manufactured by Schck Bauteile GmbH – Schck Isokorb® (X)T Type K + D. 207 variants (155 Type K and 52 Type D) in total were analysed and a weighted average was calculated over production volume.

The pressure bearings required for the Schck Isokorb® (X)T Type K are assembled at the Schck plant in Landsberg (near Halle), while the steel parts required for the Schck Isokorb® (X)T Type K + D are assembled at the Schck plant in Baden-Baden. Final assembly of all the required components is carried out at the Schck plant in Baden-Baden (DE), Essen (DE), Pucking (AT) or Tychy (PL), depending on the country of sale. 

The results of the average EPD for the weighted average Schck Isokorb® (X)T Type K + D can be applied to all variants of this Isokorb® for selected country-specific product ranges. 
The owner of the declaration shall be liable for the underlying information and evidence; the IBU shall not be liable with respect to manufacturer information, life cycle assessment data and evidences. 

The EPD was created according to the specifications of EN 15804+A2. In the following, the standard will be simplified as EN 15804. 
System boundary: 
Type of EPD: Scales to factory gate – with options. The environmental product declaration refers to the manufacturing stage (A1-A3) and disposal stage (C1-C4).
