<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Die Mischungsherstellung aus den einzelnen Polymeren und dazugehörigen Zuschlagstoffen erfolgt in Hamburg diskontinuierlich in einem Innenmischer, in den die Mischungsbestandteile Polymere, Füllstoff, Ruß, Mineralöl, Verarbeitungshilfsmittel und das Vernetzungssystem vollautomatisch über Dosier- und Verwiegeanlagen eingegeben werden. Die so hergestellte Mischung wird in einem Vier-Walzen-Kalander mit einer Glasgelege-Einlage zu Bahnen weiterverarbeitet. Dieser Herstellungsschritt erfolgt auch in Hamburg. Anschließend folgt die Vernetzung (Vulkanisation) der elastomeren Dichtungsbahnen in automatischen Vulkanisationsmaschinen. Nach dem Durchlauf durch eine strenge Qualitätskontrolle erfolgt die Beschichtung mit polymermodifiziertem Bitumen in Waltershausen. Die Herstellung der selbstklebenden, polymermodifizierten Bitumenmasse erfolgt mittels eines Intensivmischers mit nachgeschalteten Rührwerken. In diesem vollautomatisch arbeitenden Prozess erfolgt erneut eine Qualitätskontrolle, Ablängung, Banderolierung und transportfeste Verpackung auf Paletten. Die Entwicklung und Herstellung unterliegt dem eingeführten Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach ISO 9001. In regelmäßigen Abständen finden externe Qualitätsüberwachungen und Prüfungen der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle durch unabhängige Prüfinstitute statt, z. B.: - Materialprüfungsamt NRW/Dortmund, - BBA (British Board of Agrѐment Cert. No.06/4329)/UK, - FM Approvals (Approval Ident. <technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">The mixture production from the individual polymers and the associated additives takes place discontinuously in Hamburg in an internal mixer, into which the mixture components polymers, fillers, carbon black, mineral oil, processing aids and the cross-linking system are fed fully automatically via dosing and weighing systems. The mixture produced in this way is processed further into webs in a four-roll calender with a glass scrim insert. This manufacturing step also takes place in Hamburg. This is followed by the crosslinking (vulcanization) of the elastomer sealing sheets in automatic vulcanization machines.
