Die in der folgenden Tabelle angegebenen Werte gelten fr das Produkt &quot;RAUTITAN stabil&quot;. 
Deklarierte Einheit: 
Als deklarierte Einheit wird &quot;1 kg Rohr&quot; festgelegt. Dies entspricht 0,99 kg eingebautem Rohr (siehe Szenarioinformationen zu Modul A5 in Abschnitt 4). 

Es wurde ein reprsentatives Produkt des Rohrs &quot;RAUTITAN stabil&quot; bilanziert. Es stellt einen Worst-Case-Fall fr 99,7 Gew.-% aller im Jahr 2022 hergestellten Produkte dar und deckt alle Produktvarianten (gelistet in 2.4 &quot;Lieferzustand&quot;) ab. The aluminium-plastic composite pipes consist of an inner pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene and a subsequent bonding layer. The third layer is made of aluminium. This is followed by a second bonding layer and a coloured outer layer made of PE-RT. The pipe can be used universally for drinking water and heating installations. Die Rohre werden im Werk der Firma REHAU Industries SE &amp; Co. KG in Triptis hergestellt. Ein Anteil von 0,2 Gew.-% der Jahresproduktion wurde im Jahr 2022 in einem externen Werk in Deutschland hergestellt. 
Es handelt sich um eine reprsentative EPD. 
Systemgrenze: 
Betrachtung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus bei Nichtbetrachtung der Nutzungsphase  siehe Abbildung.

Typ der EPD: Wiege bis Werkstor mit Optionen (Modul A4, A5, C1-C4 und D).

Das nachfolgende Flieschema zeigt die Systemgrenzen bei der Bilanzierung von &quot;RAUTITAN stabil&quot;.


Im Folgenden sind die bercksichtigten Lebenswegabschnitte bzw. Prozessmodule fr die Herstellung des Rohrs detailliert aufgelistet:

A1  A3 Herstellungsphase:
Externe Produktion der Roh, Hilfs und Betriebsstoffe inkl. Transport zum Werk

C1  C4 Entsorgung:
Es werden drei 100%Entsorgungsszenarien angenommen:
EoL-Szenario 0 (Thermische Verwertung): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Verwertung mit energetischer Verwertung (Modul C1, C2, C3, C4 und D).
EoL-Szenario 1 (Recycling): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Verwertung mit werkstofflicher Verwertung, d. h. Waschen, Trocknen, Schreddern, Sortieren und Mahlen (Modul C1, C2/1, C3/1, C4/1 und D/1).
EoL-Szenario 2 (Deponierung): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Entsorgung. Die Entsorgung findet auf einer lokalen Deponie statt (Modul C1, C2/2, C3/2, C4/2 und D/2).

D Wiederverwendungs, Rckgewinnungs und/oder Recyclingpotentiale:
Wiederverwendungs-, Rckgewinnungs-, und/oder Recyclingpotentiale sind in den Entsorgungsszenarien vorhanden, da hier die Rohre einer energetischen bzw. stofflichen Verwertung zugefhrt werden, aus denen Energie bzw. Sekundrmaterialien zurckgewonnen werden, die auerhalb der Systemgrenze genutzt werden knnen. In den EoL-Szenarien 0 und 1 ergeben sich Effekte aus der Rckgewinnung von Energie bei der Verbrennung von Abfllen. Im EoL-Szenario 1 werden Vorteile aus der Nachnutzung von Sekundrmaterial bercksichtigt.

Zurckgewonnene Energie aus der Verbrennung der Verpackungs- und Montageabfllen in Modul A5 werden in allen Szenarien bercksichtigt.</useAdviceForDataSet>
