Im Herstellungsprozess der Rohre wird das PE peroxidisch unter Hochdruck zum PE-Xa vernetzt und anschließend mit Haftvermittler- und Außenschicht ummantelt.

Die in der folgenden Tabelle angegebenen Werte gelten fr das Produkt &quot;RAUTITAN flex&quot; in allen Rohrgren. 
Deklarierte Einheit: 
Als deklarierte Einheit wird &quot;1 kg Rohr&quot; festgelegt. Dies entspricht 0,99 kg eingebautem Rohr (siehe Szenarioinformationen zu Modul A5 in Abschnitt 4).

The values given in the following table apply to the product RAUTITAN flex in all pipe sizes. 
Declared unit: 
The declared unit is defined as 1 kg of pipe. This corresponds to 0.99 kg of installed pipe (see scenario information on Module A5 in section 4). 

An average product of the RAUTITAN flex pipe was analysed. It is based on the production volumes for 2022 and therefore covers all product variants (listed in 2.4 Delivery status). The mass reference differs depending on the pipe size.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>

EoL-Szenario 1 (Thermische Verwertung): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Verwertung mit energetischer Verwertung (Modul C3/1 und D/1).
EoL-Szenario 2 (Recycling): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Verwertung mit werkstofflicher Verwertung, d. h. Vermahlung zu Fllstoff (Modul C3/2 und D/2).

EoL-Szenario 3 (Deponierung): Rckbau des Rohrs inkl. Transport zum Ort der Entsorgung. Die Entsorgung findet auf einer lokalen Deponie statt (Modul C4/3 und D/3)

D Wiederverwendungs-, Rckgewinnungs- und/oderRecyclingpotentiale
Wiederverwendungs-, Rckgewinnungs-, und/oder Recyclingpotentiale sind in den Entsorgungsszenarien vorhanden, da hier die Rohrsysteme einer energetischen bzw. stofflichen Verwertung zugefhrt werden, aus denen Energie bzw. Sekundrmaterialien zurckgewonnen werden, die auerhalb der Systemgrenze genutzt werden knnen. Zurckgewonnene Energie aus der Verbrennung der Verpackungsabflle in Modul A5 werden nicht bercksichtigt. In den EoL-Szenarien 1 und 2 ergeben sich hingegen Effekte aus der Rckgewinnung von Energie bei der Verbrennung von Abfllen. Im EoL-Szenario 2 werden keine Vorteile aus der Nachnutzung von Sekundrmaterial als Fllstoff bercksichtigt.</useAdviceForDataSet>

Flushing the installed pipe with tap water 

C1 – C4 Disposal 
Three 100% disposal scenarios are assumed: 

EoL scenario 1 (thermal utilisation): Dismantling the pipe, including transport to the recycling site with energy recovery (Modules C3/1 and D/1).
EoL scenario 2 (recycling): Dismantling the pipe, including transport to the recycling site with material recycling, i.e. grinding into filler (Modules C3/2 and D/2).
EoL scenario 3 (landfill): Dismantling the pipe, including transport to the disposal site. Disposal takes place at a local landfill (Modules C4/3 and D/3). 

D Reuse, recovery and/or recycling potentials

Reuse, recovery and/or recycling potentials are available in the disposal scenarios, as the pipe systems are recycled here for energy or materials, from which energy or secondary materials are recovered that can be used outside the system boundary. 
Energy recovered from the incineration of packaging waste in Module A5 is not taken into account. In EoL scenarios 1 and 2, on the other hand, there are effects from the recovery of energy from the incineration of waste. In EoL scenario 2, no advantages from the subsequent utilisation of secondary material as filler are taken into account.</useAdviceForDataSet>
