Specific characteristics of the norament® 926 coverings include: manufacturing method: high-pressure pressed in tiles covering structure: single-layered, homogeneous no addition of PVC, chlorine-containing polymers and phthalate plasticizers permanently resilient suitable for heavy traffic areas no coating needed highly fire retardant no welding required high resistance against chemicals and surface as well as hand disinfectants according to the VAH and RKI lists 0 2024 2029 2024-12-05 Die wesentlichen Produktionsstufen sind zunächst das Einwiegen und Mischen der Kautschukmischung aus den verschiedenen Komponenten; die Formgebung der Rohlinge erfolgt auf dem Kalander. Das Vulkanisieren (Vernetzung durch Schwefel) erfolgt in Hochdruck Etagenpressen bei einem Pressendruck von ca. 1.200 Tonnen und einer Temperatur von 170°C. Bedingt durch den hohen Druck bildet sich eine dichte, geschlossene Vulkanisationshaut an der Oberfläche. Die vulkanisierten Fliesen werden rückseitig vollflächig geschliffen und auf das exakte Endmaß gestanzt. Das Fertigprodukt sind Fliesen von einem Quadratmeter mit 5,30 kg Gewicht. Der Bodenbelag besteht aus Synthesekautschuk, Mineralischen Füllstoffen, Farbpigmenten, Additiven und dem Vulkanisationssystem. Die Herstellung und Beseitigung der Verschnitte bei der Installation werden dem Modul A5 zugeordnet. Die Module A1- A3, A4 und A5 beziehen sich gesamt auf 1 m installiertes Produkt. Die zur Installation notwendigen Materialien zur Vorbereitung des Untergrunds und zur Klebung werden nicht bercksichtigt. Vulcanisation (crosslinking with sulphur) is done in high pressure multi presses with a pressing power of approximately 1.200 tonnes and at a temperature of 170 ºC.
