Das Granulat wird kontinuierlich zu Bahnenware extrudiert. Die Oberfläche der Bahnen wird veredelt und die Rückseite geschliffen. Der Bodenbelag wird als Rollenware aufgewickelt. Das Flächengewicht beträgt 3,5 kg/m². Die gesamte elektrische Energie für Produktion und Verwaltung am Standort Weinheim bezieht die nora systems GmbH aus erneuerbaren Energien. Thermische Energie wird zentral bzw. in Heizkesseln an einzelnen Anlagen über Erdgas erzeugt. Das Qualitäts- und Energiemanagement der nora systems GmbH ist nach DIN EN ISO 9001 bzw. Die kobilanzielle Berechnung umfasst folgende Phasen: Herstellungsphase A1- A3: Bercksichtigung der Vorkette und der Produktion des Bodenbelags, inkl.
