<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Die verwendeten Rezepturen werden den jeweiligen Rohstoffeigenschaften angepasst und variieren innerhalb der unter 2.5. Grundstoffe/Hilfsstoffe angegebenen Schwankungsbreiten. Weitere Stoffe sind nicht enthalten. Die Rohstoffe (Sand, Branntkalk und Wasser) werden entsprechend der jeweiligen Rezeptur gravimetrisch dosiert und intensiv miteinander vermischt. Anschließend wird die Rohstoffmischung in einem Reaktor genannten Reaktionsbehälter zwischen- gelagert, wobei es zu einer exothermen Reaktion kommt. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass der Branntkalk vor der Weiterverarbeitung vollständig zu Kalkhydrat ablöscht. Vom Reaktor gelangt das Mischgut in einen Nachmischer, in dem es durch Wasserzugabe auf Pressfeuchte gebracht wird. Die Verdichtung und Formgebung der Rohmasse erfolgt im Anschluss hieran in Formkästen durch die Kalksandsteinpressen. Die Rohlinge werden dann mittels einer Stapelautomatik auf Härtewagen gestapelt und über ein Schiebebühnensystem per Gleisanlage in den Härtekessel transportiert. Die Ausbildung der endgültigen Eigenschaften der Bauteile erfolgt während der anschließenden Dampf- härtung über 6– 12 Stunden bei etwa 200 °C und einem Druck von ca. 16 bar in Dampfdruckkesseln, den sog. Autoklaven. Hier bilden sich aus den eingesetzten Stoffen Calcium-Silikat-Hydrate. Die Reaktion des Materials ist mit der Entnahme aus dem Autoklav abgeschlossen. Der Dampf wird nach Abschluss des Härtungsprozesses für weitere Autoklavzyklen verwandt. Das anfallende Kondensat wird soweit technologisch möglich als Prozesswasser genutzt. 
Deklarierte Einheit: 
Die Deklaration bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von 1 t Kalksandstein. Durch Multiplikation der Ergebnisse mit der Rohdichteklasse, z.B. RDK 2,0,erhält man die Ökobilanzergebnisse pro m³.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">The recipes used are adapted to the respective raw material properties and vary within the under 2.5. Basic materials/auxiliary materials specified fluctuation ranges. Other fabrics are not included. The raw materials (sand, burnt lime and water) are gravimetrically dosed according to the respective recipe and intensively mixed together. The raw material mixture is then temporarily stored in a reaction vessel called a reactor, which results in an exothermic reaction. This ensures that the burnt lime is completely slaked to form hydrated lime before further processing. From the reactor, the mix goes into a post-mixer, in which it is brought to press moisture by adding water. The compaction and shaping of the raw mass then takes place in mold boxes using sand-lime brick presses. The blanks are then stacked on hardening wagons by means of an automatic stacking system and transported to the hardening boiler via a track system using a transfer table system. The development of the final properties of the components takes place during the subsequent steam curing over 6-12 hours at around 200 °C and a pressure of around 16 bar in steam pressure boilers, the so-called autoclaves. Calcium silicate hydrates are formed here from the substances used. The reaction of the material is complete when it is removed from the autoclave. After the curing process is complete, the steam is used for further autoclave cycles. The resulting condensate is used as process water as far as technologically possible.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
