The JANSEN VISS faade with face widths of 50 and 60 mm is available with Jansen profiles made of steel in construction depths of 18 to 280 mm. Design possible in each case as burglar-resistant, bullet-resistant, fire-protection faade or SG-solution, as well as combinations of these properties. The system can also be applied as add-on construction on commercially available beams made of steel, aluminum and wood according to static requirements. Our profiles meet increased thermal insulation requirements with Uf values from 0.65 W/mK or 0.51 W/mK and sound insulation up to 47 dB. Die VISS-Fassade mit Ansichtsbreiten von 50 und 60 mm ist mit Jansen-Profilen aus Stahl in Bautiefen von 18 bis 280 mm erhältlich. Description of life cycle stages modeled: Modules A1-A3: Our steel profile system consists of the following materials (in terms of one square meter): glazing (single-pane safety glass), thermally separated steel profile (fire-resisting profiles), aluminium and stainless steel accessories as well as gaskets made of CR and EPDM. Module A4: A truck transport to the building site at a distance of 100 kilometers was considered (truck, 40 tons EURO6). The transport distance will be adjusted at the building level. Module A5: For the construction, it is assumed that the façade is installed with a crane. Module C1: For deconstruction, it is considered that the façade is deconstructed manually. Module C2: For the transport from the building site to the landfill 50 km (truck, 40 tons EURO6) were assumed. Module C3: Recycling is accounted for all metal components.
