Der Schöck Isolink® aus dem Material Combar® mit dem Nenndurchmesser 12 mm ist ein Anker, der aus einem Glasfaserverbundwerkstoff besteht. Der Anker besitzt eine Profilierung in Form eines Trapezgewindes mit 0,6 bis 0,75 mm Profiltiefe und 8 mm Ganghöhe. Die Enden des Typ C-ED und Typ C-SD sind senkrecht. Die Enden des Typ C-EH sind schräg. Die Wirkungsweise der Anker beruht auf Ausnutzung des Verbundes zwischen dem Glasfaserverbundstab und dem Beton.
Der Typ F-S besteht wie die weiteren Isolink® Typen ebenfalls aus dem Material Combar, wird jedoch zusätzlich mit einer Edelstahlschraube versehen (s. EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE) und dient zur thermisch getrennten Abstandsmontage. Er ist in den Nenndurchmessern 12, 16, 20, 25 und 32 mm verfügbar.Schöck Isolink® types C-EH, C-ED, C-SH, C-SD and F-S represent an alternative to conventional stainless steel anchors when connecting the concrete skins of core-insulated sandwich and element walls.
The Schöck Isolink® made from the Combar® material with a nominal diameter of 12 mm is an anchor comprising a glass fibre composite material. The anchor has a profiling mould in the shape of a trapezoidal thread with a profile depth of 0.6 to 0.75 mm and a lead of 8 mm. Types C-ED and C-SD have a perpendicular end. Type C-EH is angled. The anchor’s function is based on exploiting the connection between the glass fibre connecting bar and the concrete.
As with the other Isolink® types, type F-S consists of the Combar material but also has a stainless steel screw (see EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE) and thus provides thermally broken spaced installation. It is available in nominal diameters of 12, 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm.
The use of the product is subject to the respective national regulations at the place of use, for example, in Germany, the building regulations of the federal states and the technical provisions based on these regulations.0Die Herstellung erfolgt im Pulltrusionsverfahren. Dabei werden die E-CR Rovings gebündelt und mit einem Vinylestherharz veredelt. Die Formgebung erfolgt durch das Ziehen („Pulltrusion“) der Glasfasern durch ein Mundstück. Anschließend werden die Stäbe profiliert. Die Stäbe aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff (Combar) werden bei der Firma Fiberline in Dänemark produziert und von dort in das Werk Landsberg (Halle) transportiert, wo sie auf Maß zugeschnitten und im Falle des Schöck Isolink® Typ C-SH, Typ C-SD mit einem entsprechenden Abstandhalter versehen werden. Der Abstandhalter wird von der WÖKU GmbH bereitgestellt.Der Schöck Isolink® Typ F-S wird stirnseitig mit einem Bohrloch versehen und mit einer Edelstahlschraube (s. EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE) vorkonfektioniert. Qualitätsmanagement Herstellung: Das Unternehmen ist seit 2006 nach DIN EN ISO 9001 zertifiziert.
Technische Daten:
Die technischen Daten der Produkte, die im Geltungsbereich der EPD liegen, basieren auf den jeweiligen bauaufsichtlichen Zulassungen (Z-1.6-238; Z-21.8-2082; Z-21.8-1894) und unterliegen somit einer ständigen Eigen- und Fremdüberwachung welche eine permanente Einhaltung der Werte sicherstellt.
Deklarierte Einheit:
Die Deklaration bezieht sich auf 1kg Fassadenanker Isolink® Typ F-S mit einem Durchmesser von 12 mm.
Die Produktion erfolgt in Dänermark (Roherzeugnis) und Deutschland (Veredelung und Konfektionierung).
Als Datenbasis dienen die jährlichen Produktionszahlen von 2018.The product is manufactured in a “pultrusion” process. E-CR rovings are bundled together and impregnated with a vinyl ester resin. The glass fibres are shaped by a pultrusion process in which they are drawn through a die. The bars are then profiled. The glass fibre reinforced polymer bars (Combar) are manufactured by the company Fiberline in Denmark and transported from there to the Landsberg plant (Halle) where they are cut to length and provided with an appropriate spacer in the case of the Schöck Isolink® type C-SH and type C-SD. The spacer is provided by WÖKU GmbH. The Schöck Isolink® type F-S is provided with a hole in the end face and prefitted with a stainless steel screw (see EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE). Quality management - production: The company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2006.

The technical data for the products which are within the scope of the EPD are based on the relevant building authority approvals (Z-1.6-238; Z-21.8-2082; Z-21.8-1894) and are therefore subject to continuous internal and external monitoring which ensures permanent compliance with the values.

This declaration relates to 1kg of the Isolink® façade anchor type F-S with a diameter of 12 mm.
It is produced in Denmark (unprocessed product) and Germany (finishing and prefabrication).
Annual production figures for 2018 are used as the source data.Die Schöck Isolink® Typen C-EH, C-SH, C-ED und C-SD dienen zur statischen Übertragung von Zug- und Druckkräften bei der Verbindung von dreischichtigen Stahlbetonwandtafeln (Vorsatzschale - Dämmschicht - Tragschicht).
Die Tragschicht kann dabei aus einem Fertigteil oder einer Kombination von Fertigteil und Ortbetonschicht bestehen.
Abhängig von der Ausführung der Vorsatzschale (freitragend oder aufgestützt) ist die Kombination von Schöck Isolink® Typ C-EH bzw. C-SH und Typ C-ED bzw. C-SD erforderlich.
Der Schöck Isolink® Typ F-S ermöglicht eine dauerhaft thermisch entkoppelte Abstandsmontage von Lasten aus einem Anbauteil in den Untergrund aus Mauerwerk oder Beton. Die Verankerung in den Untergrund erfolgt über zugelassene Injektionssysteme. Anbauteile werden über eine Edelstahlschraube (s. EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE) befestigt.
Die Schöck Isolink® Typen ermöglichen eine wärmedämmtechnisch ungestörte Gestaltung der Fassade. In der Regel sind lokale Störstellen innerhalb der Wärmedämmebene bei der wärmedämmtechnischen Betrachtung von Außenwänden zu berücksichtigen.
Jedoch ist die wärmebrückenfreie Fassadenausführung mit Schöck Isolink® aufgrund seiner statischen und wärmedämmtechnischen Kennwerte uneingeschränkt möglich da der flächige U-Wert der Außenwände um weniger als 3% durch die Isolink® Ankertypen beeinflusst wird und somit zu vernachlässigen ist nach DIN EN ISO 6946:2008-04.Schöck Isolink® types C-EH, C-SH, C-ED and C-SD provide static transmission of tensile and compressive forces when connecting triple layer reinforced concrete walls (facing shells - insulating layer - load-bearing layer).
The load-bearing layer can comprise a precast element or a combination of a precast element and an in-situ concrete layer.
Depending on the design of the facing shell (self-supporting or supported), a combination of Schöck Isolink® type C-EH or C-SH and type C-ED or C-SD is required.
Schöck Isolink® type F-S allows a permanent thermally isolated spaced installation of loads from an add-on component to the brickwork or concrete substructure. The anchoring to the substructure is achieved with an approved injection system. Add-on components are fixed using stainless steel screws (see EPD-EJO-20140113-IBC1-DE).
The Schöck Isolink® types allow façades to have a continuous thermally insulated design. As a rule, local imperfections within the thermal insulation layer must be taken into account when assessing the thermal insulation of outer walls.

Die EPD bezieht sich auf ein spezifisches, tragendes Wärmedämmelement der Firma Schöck Bauteile GmbH – Schöck Isolink® Typ C-EH, C-ED, C-SH, C-SD, F-S sowie auf das Produkt Schöck Combar®.
Das für die Herstellung des Produktes Isolink® Schöck Isolink® Typ C-EH, C-ED, C-SH, C-SD und F-S sowie für das Produkt Schöck Combar® erforderliche Material Combar wird in Kooperation mit Fiberline Composites A/S in Middelfart, Dänemark hergestellt. Die Endmontage aller benötigten Komponenten findet im Schöck Werk in Landsberg (nähe Halle) statt.
Systemgrenze:
Typ der EPD: Von der Wiege bis zum Werkstor mit den Modulen A5, C2–C4 und Modul D (A1–A3, A5, C und D). Die Umweltproduktdeklaration bezieht sich auf das Produktionsstadium (A1–A3), den Einbau (A5), das Entsorgungsstadium (C2–C4) und Modul D.
Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Prozesse in das Produktionsstadium A1–A3 der Herstellung des Bewehrungstabes einbezogen:
Bereitstellungsprozesse von Vorprodukten & Energie
Transporte der Ressourcen und Vorprodukte (Glasfaser, Hybridharz) zum Produktionsstandort
Herstellprozess im Werk inklusive energetischer Aufwendungen
Herstellung der anteiligen Verpackung
In der EPD wird das im Verpackungsmaterial (Holzpalette) durch Photosynthese gespeicherte CO2 innerhalb von A1–A3 berücksichtigt und in A5 als biogene CO2-Emissionen wieder emittiert. Damit ist innerhalb der Systemgrenze die CO2-Neutralität von nachwachsenden Rohstoffen gewährleistet.
Im Entsorgungsstadium werden folgende Prozesse betrachtet:
Transport von Baustelle zu Inertstoffdeponie (Modul C2)
Energieaufwand des Zerkleinerns und Separierens von eventuellen Metallbestandteilen (Modul C3)
Deponierung von Inertstoffen (Modul C4)Scope:
This EPD relates to a specific load bearing thermal insulation element from Schöck Bauteile GmbH – Schöck Isolink® type C-EH, C-ED, C-SH, C-SD, F-S and the Schöck Combar® product.
The Combar material required to produce the Isolink® Schöck Isolink® type C-EH, C-ED, C-SH, C-SD and F-S product and the Schöck Combar® product is manufactured in collaboration with Fiberline Composites A/S in Middelfart, Denmark. Final assembly of all the necessary components takes place at the Schöck plant in Landsberg (near Halle, Germany).
System boundary:
Type of EPD: From the scales to the factory gate using modules A5, C2–C4 and module D (A1–A3, A5, C and D). This environmental product declaration relates to the manufacturing stage (A1-A3), installation (A5), disposal stage (C2-C4) and module D.
The following specific processes were included in the manufacturing stage A1-A3 in the production of the reinforcing rod:
· Preparation processes for preproducts and energy
· Transport of resources and preproducts (glass fibres, hybrid resin) to production site
· Manufacturing process in the plant including energy expenditure
· Production of pro rata packaging
The EPD takes into consideration the CO2 stored in the packaging material (wooden pallet) through photosynthesis within A1–A3 and as re-emitted biogenic CO2 emissions in A5. This ensures the neutrality of the renewable raw materials’ CO2 within the system threshold.
The following processes are considered in the disposal stage:
· Transport from the construction site to the inert material disposal site (module C2)
· Energy required to crush and separate any metal component parts (module C3)
