Anwendung findet die Egcobox® zur Verbesserung von bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften bei gleichzeitiger bernahme statischer Anforderungen. Die Egcobox® MM30-VS-C35-H200-REI120-SW besteht aus einer 80 mm dicken Dmmschicht aus Mineralwolle, welche auch der Brandschutzklassifizierung REI120 der Egcobox® dient, und einem statisch wirksamen Stabfachwerk aus Stahlstben. Die Zugstbe, Drucklager und Querkraftstbe bestehen im Bereich der Dmmfuge aus Stahl mit einem erhhten Korrosionswiderstand und darber hinaus aus Betonstahl B-500 B. Die Krfte werden durch Verbund bzw. Sto- und Flchenpressung an die angrenzenden Bauteile bertragen. Die Bestckung der deklarierten Egcobox® MM30-VS-C35-H200-REI120-SW ist unter Abschnitt 2.3 aufgefhrt. Die Ergebnisse der EPD fr die Herstellung der Egcobox®MM30-VS-C35-H200-REI120-SW ist auf weitere Tragstufen und die Dmmdicke 120 mm (MXL), unter Verwendung der in Kapitel 6 angegebenen Faktoren, anwendbar. Die Herstellungsprozesse fr die Typenreihen MM und MXL sind identisch. Die Tragstufenkennzeichnungen je MM und MXL sind frei gewhlt (MM/MXL20 bis MM/MXL80) und richten sich nach der jeweiligen Lastbertragung. <common:generalComment xml:lang="en">The Egcobox® cantilever plate connection is a load bearing, thermal insulating connecting element for connecting cantilevered reinforced concrete plates/reinforced concrete components to ceiling structures. The Egcobox® is used to improve building physics properties while at the same time taking over static requirements. The Egcobox MM30-VS-C35-H200-REI120-SW consists of an 80 mm thick insulating layer of mineral wool, which also serves the REI120 fire protection classification of the Egcobox®, and a statically effective bar truss made of steel rods. <technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Im Folgenden werden die wesentlichen Rohstoffverarbeitungsverfahren Schritt für Schritt dargestellt: Die Zugstäbe bestehen aus einer Betonstahl-Edelstahlverbindung. Der Betonstahl nichtrostend (B500 NR) des stumpfgeschweißten Zugstabes wird vom Coil abgewickelt, gerichtet und auf die benötigte Länge geschnitten. Der Betonstahl (B500 B) wird bereits in der benötigen Länge geliefert. In Schweißautomaten werden die Einzelstäbe mittels Abbrennstumpfschweißverfahrens hergestellt (Standort Pressig). Die Querkraftstäbe bestehen aus Betonstahl nichtrostend (B500 NR), welcher vom Coil abgewickelt, gerichtet, in die benötigte Form gebogen und abgelängt wird (Standort Pressig). Die Druckelemente bestehen aus Betonstahl nichtrostend (B500 NR), welcher vom Coil abgewickelt, gerichtet und abgelängt wird. Die Druckplatten werden von Stangenware abgesägt und mit einer umlaufenden Kehlnaht am Betonstahl nichtrostend (B500 NR) im Schweißautomaten verschweißt. Die Herstellung der Drucklager erfolgt im Werk Pressig. Mittels Sandstrahlen (extern) werden Anlauffarben entfernt. Der Dämmkörper wird aus großformatigen Platten der erforderlichen Dicke auf das geforderte Maß (200 mm x 1000 mm), inklusive aller nötigen Ausschnitte für die Zugstäbe, Querkraftstäbe und Druckelemente, geschnitten. Die Einzelkomponenten, sowie die PE-Abdeckung, werden in die Dämmung eingelegt, mittels Schmelzklebung und zusätzlichen Befestigungsstäben / Befestigungswinkeln fixiert und mit der Produktkennzeichnung versehen. Der Zusammenbau der Einzelkomponenten erfolgt anhand von digitalen Fertigungsabläufen inklusive freigegebener Fertigungszeichnung und den entsprechenden Qualitätsvorschriften am Standort Pressig.
