<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Die Leisten, Doppelkopfanker sowie die Abstandhalter und Kunststoffverschlüsse (Kunststoff bzw. Faserbeton) der Durchstanz- bzw. Schubbewehrungen werden von qualifizierten Lieferanten produziert und bezogen. Nach der Anlieferung werden JORDAHL Durchstanz- bzw. Schubbewehrungen hergestellt. Die einzelnen Doppelkopfanker werden zu Bewehrungselementen mit jeweils mindestens zwei Ankern, mittels Heftschweißung, an den Stahlleisten befestigt. Für den ausschließlichen Einsatz in Fertigteilwerken werden die Anker mittels Kunststoffpatentverschlüssen an den Stahlleisten befestigt. Anfallende Metallspäne und Filterstaub, werden in Behältern gesammelt und durch ein zertifiziertes Entsorgungsunternehmen gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgabe entsorgt bzw. recycelt. Das Klicksystem bzw. die Abstandhalter aus Kunststoff/ Faserbeton werden vor dem Verpacken im JORDAHL Werk hinzugefügt. 
Technische Daten: 
Es gelten die folgenden technischen Daten für Durchstanzbewehrung JDA und JDA-FT-KL. Die Prüfnorm ist bemessen nach der Europäisch Technischen Bewertung (ETA) ETA-13/0136. Die Prüfnorm für die Schubbewehrung JDA-S ist bemessen gemäß der allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Zulassung Z-15.1-268. Alle geometrischen Maße, produktspezifischen Parameter und die statischen Tragfähigkeiten der verschiedenen Durchstanzbewehrungen JDA, JDA-FT-KL und der Schubbewehrung JDA-S sind in den folgenden technischen Spezifikationen angegeben: JDA und JDA-FT-KL System:ETA-13/0136  JDA-S System:Z-15.1-268

<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">The bars, double-headed anchors as well as the spacers and patented plastic locks (plastic or fibre concrete) of the punching and shear reinforcements are produced or purchased from qualified suppliers as ribbed reinforcing steel. After delivery, JORDAHL punching shear reinforcements are produced. The individual double-headed anchors are turned into reinforcement elements with at least two anchors each, attached to the steel bars by tack welding. For exclusive use in precast elements, the anchors are attached to the steel bars by means of patented plastic locks. The accumulated metal scrap and filter dust are stored in containers and disposed of by a certified waste disposal company in accordance with legal requirements. The click system or the spacers made of plastic / fiber-reinforced concrete are added in the JORDAHL factory before packing.
