<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">In der Produktion werden technisch getrocknete Holzlamellen mit einer Holzfeuchte von 8-15 % eingesetzt, die nach der Festigkeit sortiert werden und mittels einer Keilzinkenverbindung zu endlos langen Lamellen verpresst werden. Diese Lamellen werden im Produktionsprozess auf eine individuelle Länge gekappt, anschließend egalisiert und dann zu Brettschichtholzträgern verpresst. Jedes Brettschichtholz Produkt wird zum Abschluss auf Bestellmaß gehobelt. Beim Einsatz als Deckenelement werden die Bauteile zusätzlich profiliert und von einer CNC gesteuerten Abbund Anlage nach Bedarf bearbeitet. Bei Bedarf kann vor dem Verpacken eine Oberflächenveredelung der Deckenelemente erfolgen. 
Technische Daten: 
Die im Folgenden dargestellten bautechnischen Daten sind im Auslieferungszustand fr das Produkt best wood BSH gltig. Je nach Querschnittaufbau (Lagenanzahl, Lagendicke) und der Laststellung des best wood BSH variieren die bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften wie Bauteilwiderstand oder Feuerwiderstand. Fr die Bemessung nach EN 1995-1-1 sind Festigkeitskalssen ab GL 24 verfgbar und diese werden im homogenen Aufbau ausgefhrt. 
Deklarierte Einheit: 
Die deklarierte Einheit fr die vorliegende Umwelt-Produktdeklaration ist nach den Vorgaben der entsprechenden PCR: Vollholzprodukt mit 1 m festgelegt. Die Rohdichte des betrachteten Produkts betrgt 430 kg/m bei einer Auslieferungsfeuchte von 10 %.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">In production, technically dried wood slats with a moisture content of 8-15% are used, which are sorted according to strength and pressed into endless slats using a finger joint. These slats are cut to an individual length during the production process, then levelled and pressed into GLULAM wooden beams. Each GLULAM product is planned to order size at the end. Strength classes from GL 24 are available for dimensioning in accordance with EN 1995-1-1 and these are designed in a homogeneous structure. 
Declared unit: 
The declared unit for this Environmental Product Declaration is defined as 1 m in accordance with the specifications of the corresponding PCR: Solid wood product.
