<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="de">Die Fertigung der PVC-P Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen erfolgt in einem zweistufigen Verfahren. Im ersten Schritt werden die Rohstoffe zusammen gemischt und auf einem Extruder plastifiziert. Die Kunststoffmasse wird auf einem Kalander zu Folien ausgewalzt. Im zweiten Schritt erhalten die Folien eine mittige Polyestergewebeverstärkung. Ein Teil der PVC-P Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen erhält eine unterseitige Spezialvlieskaschierung. Nach Abkühlung und endgültigem Randbeschnitt werden die Produkte konfektioniert. Alle anfallenden Produktionsabfälle werden innerbetrieblich recycelt und dem Fertigungsprozess direkt wieder zugeführt. Eine permanente Messung der Produktqualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Prozesse wird durch den Einsatz des Qualitätsmanagement-systems nach /DIN EN ISO 9001/ gewährleistet.

Die deklarierte Einheit ist die Herstellung von 1 m² des nach der Produktionsmenge gewichteten Mittels für die mechanisch oder unter Auflast befestigten, mittels Heißluft abgedichteten BauderTHERMOFOL Dachbahn-Varianten U (12/15/18/20/24), U (12/15/18/20) FR, U (15/18/20) V und  M (12/15/18/20) inklusive Verpackungsmaterialien.</technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses>
<technologyDescriptionAndIncludedProcesses xml:lang="en">PVC-P roofing and sealing membranes are manufactured in a two-stage process. In the first step, the raw materials are mixed together and plasticised on an extruder. The plastic mass is rolled out into films on a calender. In the second step a polyester fabric reinforcement will be embedded. Some of the PVC-P roofing and sealing membranes receive a special fleece lamination on the underside. After cooling and final edge trimming, the products are made-up. All production waste is treated internally. Recyclable fractions are recycled and directly reintroduced into the production process. Non-recyclable components are disposed of. Permanent measurement of product quality and continuous improvement of internal processes is ensured due to ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
